Admissions are open
There is still time to join Dekson ITI this year. Seats are available now. The simplest first step is to call us or visit the campus — we will look at your marks, explain your options, and take you through the whole process.

Come to the campus, or call 9503264747. We will tell you which courses have seats, help you with the Management Quota, and guide you through the online steps if you need them. This is the quickest way to understand where you stand.

Through the DVET portal
Register at admission.dvet.gov.in, fill your option form, and enter our Institute Code to choose Dekson ITI. The steps are below. Call us anytime and we will walk you through it.

Applying online — step by step

Register on the DVET portal
Go to admission.dvet.gov.in, create an account, fill the admission form and pay the application fee.

Get your merit number
After the merit list is prepared, log in to check your State, Category and Home District merit numbers. You also receive them by SMS.

Fill your option form
Choose your preferred institutes and courses. To select us, enter our Institute Code.

Receive your allotment letter
If a seat is allotted to you, you get an SMS. Log in and download the Allotment Letter. You can also collect it from any nearby ITI.

Report to the institute
Bring the printed allotment letter and your documents to Dekson ITI, Babhulgaon, within the dates given.

Confirm your admission
We check your documents, collect the fee, and hand you your Admission Confirmation Slip.
Documents required
Required from every student
- 1.10th (SSC) marksheet
- 2.School Leaving Certificate (LC / TC)
- 3.Aadhaar card
- 4.Domicile / Nationality certificate
- 5.Income certificate
- 6.Bank passbook (copy of the first page)
- 7.2 passport-size photographs
Depending on your category
Open (General)
- EWS certificate (if applicable)
SC / ST
- Caste certificate
OBC / VJ / DT(A) / NT-B / NT-C / NT-D / SBC
- Caste certificate
- Non-Creamy Layer certificate
Minority
- Minority certificate (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain or Parsi)
• All original documents must be submitted to the institute at the time of admission.
• Keep two photocopies of every original document.
• The income certificate and bank passbook are required for scholarship schemes.
If your documents are incomplete, the admission cannot be completed. The institute allows up to 15 days to submit any pending document.
Fees
Fees are charged as per Government norms. Instalments may be allowed at the discretion of the institute. For the exact fee for your course, please call 9503264747 or visit the campus — we will give you the full break-up.
Beware of agents
Dekson ITI does not work through any admission agent or middleman. Nobody is authorised to collect money on our behalf. Pay fees only at the institute, and always take a receipt. If anyone asks you for money to "arrange" a seat, call us at 9503264747.
